Great communication and explanation of service! Very helpful with questions I had!
We have always received wonderful service from Dobbs Heat And Air the people are very courteous and professional
Professional, equipped with latest technology for diagnosis of systems so obviously up to date on training. Used foot-bootie so no mess left behind. Put all the settings back the way they were after performing his tests. Also just got a really good vibe from Rob, sounds silly but with me it's important to trust your gut . Last but not least a van load of salesman did NOT appear on my doorstep trying to sell me stuff like the last 2 different companies I've had experience with.
Tech went over every thing he did and his findings. Tech made recommendations on things i might consider having done. Good communications with appointment dates, and letting me know tech is in route.
As always, Dobbs delivers professional and efficient service. I appreciate their approach to doing what it takes to solve a problem and take care of their customers.
Another wonderful visit by Dobbs. They always take time to adequately diagnosis the problem, and to educate the customer. Professional as always. Thank you!

Call for no heat, on arrival found that the exhaust pipe was not properly connected to the inducer and when system fired up it would smother its self, gas company when they checked over they noted that the gas valve was leaking gas through and not shutting off the flow completely, double checked findings and confirmed will need new gas valve, installed the exhaust pipe properly left gas off and thermostat to the unit.
